WE MADE IT TO ROSWELL! 23 minutes into the trip mom started flossing her teeth in the car. That is not acceptable for the car. And of course she was telling me the whole ride about how i really need to get laser hair removal on my neck and face. SO MEAN!
Grandpa is from a town about 25 miles from here that we are going to visit tomorrow. He told us some stories about growing up here, peeing on his cousins and stepping on cholla. I also learned that my great great grandpa killed a man in oklahoma so he left and moved to new mexico. A fugitive in the family?! how exciting! Grandpa almost died when he was 6 months old from asthma, so of course we have been making fun of him for that. He lived in new mexico until he was 14 then moved to stillwater.
Karli would DIE if she saw how dry grandpa's skin is!!! Im going to pour a whole bottle of lotion on his body. I think his dead skin is floating around in the car. ahhhhhhh
Grandma started writing down states from license plates and she already has fifteen. And of course she reads them all aloud. Ive been karate chopping her when she chomps her ice, so she chomps louder! haha We stopped and ate at del rancho today, delicious! We also went to a so called "bottomless lake" that we never found. I think it was waterless. We are gonna go get in the hot tub!!

On the Road Again
We're off!! Of course, we were supposed to leave at 8 this morning... that didn't happen. We are loading up now and about to go pick up Raymond and Patsy. Glenn is packing up the car in a frenzy. Nikki is yelling at me to clean my room. What a lovely start to the day :) Hopefully we will be out of here by 9
